KAALI DADA, is the story of the conflict between a Police Officer and a criminal minded Terrorist. KAALI - Charanraj, is a crook terror man, who is also the Kingpin f smuggling and anti social activities. He exploits the helplessness of poor people and 'Sex' is his thirst, hence every young girl in the area are afraid of Kaali.

Inspector VIKRAM (father of Hero KRISHNA) takes the oath to finish Kaali but reversely, Kaali bulletted Vikram in front of his small boy Vijay - As Lord Krishna took the birth to destroy Kamsa, similarly this revengeful incidence - made Vijay to become a big Police Officer, who takes the dual responsibilities - one to finish Kaali and the other to take revenge of brutal murder of his father.

Rajni - the smart girl, also a Police Officer, joins Vijay for the mission. Jyoti (Bhanu Priya) the wife of Vijay is threatened by Kaali for dire consequences if she lives with Vijay.

Kaali kidnapped Vijay's school going son, illtreats Jyoti & kills her father.
